Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
Returns are not accepted for:
Items on sale or marked as final clearance.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Personal care items (if applicable).
Return Process

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or share the return address.
Pack the product securely in the original packaging and hand it over to our delivery partner.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
